Statistics is full of heady developments and unshut questions. I will speak on one or increasingly of the following:
– Incorporating sampling weights into model-based inference
– Bayesian methods for causal inference
– The ladder of wresting in statistical graphics
– Challenges of scalable Bayesian computing
– Bayesian workflow
– Active statistics: teaching modern methods using a modern approach
– Before data analysis: Additional recommendations for designing experiments to learn well-nigh the world.
